Unable to make calls or contact 150

Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

There has been an outage since yesterday, although it should be sorted now, as I have been able to ring customer service, did a test and got an answer, it will depend whether Inverness has been sorted though, as it was an outage which they were trying to fix as a matter of urgency, it there have been threads about it and on their contact page it actually also says so, it is network issue.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
Yea yet their site says no issues in iv2

I coudlant make a call to a  mobile from 0800 today and the service checker said there wasn't a problem on the network 

but we all know they had major issues today so its not worth the time using it. I reported the issue but I bet 100% they come back no problem found.

The service status checker is primarily oriented towards coverage issues.

Third day now and it's still not fixed 

Yes calls are getting through but the data speeds are abysmal and sometimes not working at all

Three days deserves compensation!

How do I claim ?

Has EE compensated  any one for the network been down for three days ??????

@Shak10  Have you read the T&Cs of the contract you agreed too ?     See HERE    And if any thing is to be refunded it’s not going to be paid within a few days.  It’s more likely to be a discount on the next bill but you’ll need to prove it did affect you.   Section 4.5,2.    And no the network wasn’t down for 3 days I was happily making phone calls, sending text and using data with no issues what’s so ever.      The issue affected the minority of customers not the majority. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Been on the phone now to EE trying to speak to a human and the waiting time is 1hr15 minutes!! Quick enough to take the money.. but when you need to speak to someone it’s an hour wait… joke. 

excellent question, thats what im trying to find out. Same situation!
