Hello I need some urgent help. I bought new sim. I tried to contact customer service, restarted phone and tried everything it was 10 pounds sim but balance is 0 unable to call or text anyone. Watched many videos but don't know how should I fix this. I don't have any voucher or any 13 digit no. Please guide me
