Just ordered a sim only 8gb £10. Money taken from account, sim turned up and put in (did switch off and on etc).
Says I have no live pack or credit. It does show the pack 8gb £10 but says waiting........how do I get the pack I bought when ordering the sim live?

But I do have a pack and it says waiting

Welcome to the EE Community
If it has not kicked in after texting NOW the best thing to do is reach out to our Pay as you go team on 150 or 07953 966 150 from a non EE phone. It sounds like your first pack has not activated properly and one of our guides will be able to get it resolved.

The agent was able to see there was an issue with the original pack so refunded me and set up another pack
