i recently ordered and received the nintendo switch 2 bundle with 24 months switch online, express memory card and donkey kong game
after setting up the console and signing in went to use the code cards given, but receive an error after typing stating the codes have already been used,
tried ringing 150 didn’t realise it was hard these days to actually talk to someone and not have to press a ton of different numbers which still doesn’t get to you to a point of talking

what’s the number for the electronics and subscriptions department
and everyone else, not sure if this issue has been sorted for yourselves but what’s the first 5 digits in the code is it E19QH? i think that entire batch has been compromised

I have the same bundle and mine are alsonthe same start code and just like all of you mine habe been used as well contacted nintendo n saying same thing its ee problem mine was just put in the shipling box with the game so anyone can see them ee said they would email me or text me the codes with in 2 weeks its been over 3 week now and nothing.asked again got told same thing will recieve them in 2 weeks now i have seen that loads have the same issue i will be showing this to tranding standards showing that there are many people in same boat and ee dont care am paying for a product for my son he carnt even use

Nintendo are looking further into it but seems unlikely anything will happen. I’ve forwarded a lot of evidence to trading standards now.
It seems companies don’t care about retaining customers, customer satisfaction or reputation nowadays.
