i recently ordered and received the nintendo switch 2 bundle with 24 months switch online, express memory card and donkey kong game
after setting up the console and signing in went to use the code cards given, but receive an error after typing stating the codes have already been used,
tried ringing 150 didn’t realise it was hard these days to actually talk to someone and not have to press a ton of different numbers which still doesn’t get to you to a point of talking

I've just called EE for the seventh time about this issue and was rudely told that it was a Nintendo issue again. absolutely terrible customer service

Nintendo told me yesterday it’s not their issue. They give the codes to EE. Someone there is thieving them. As soon as I told them what’s happening they asked if I got them from EE. Says it all.
Now I’m waiting on EE again.

Just received my switch 2 bundle i ordered yesterday and the exact same issue, both codes apparently already redeemed. Has anyone had this issue resolved? Is there anyone actually worth trying to talk to about this?

I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with our support team using the number published on our EE Tech orders help page, under the 'any questions?' section.
They'll be able to raise a case to get this looked into further for you.

I also have this issue.
Two 12 month Nintendo online + Expansion pass vouchers that were already redeemed, both coming from the 24 month Nintendo Switch 2 bundle with Donkey Kong.
I've contacted EE via the EE app And was told to email [email protected], who I have heard nothing from. I also contacted Nintendo just to cover my bases and they confirmed the vouchers were already claimed and to sort replacements through EE.
This is clearly a large scale issue considering the number of people with the same complaint. Why isn't there a more universal response? Why aren't you dealing with this quicker rather than sending people on a wild goose chase to get no answers?

Yes I received knew WORKING codes yesterday. From EE. Not sure why the two other EE operatives I first spoke to didn’t know how to deal with this issue but thankfully after going back to them once I’d spoken to Nintendo, I was lucky enough to speak to a lady from EE Newcastle who got it sorted in the space of a day.
Can’t speak highly enough of her from her call backs and emails keeping me updating to actually seeing it all get resolved. Proper customer service goes a long way with me. EE need more like her.
