Activating game pass

Moved to EE broadband over a month ago and still haven’t heard anything about game pass? I can now see the option online to add it but once I agree to terms it just goes back to the first screen and doesn’t add. Any help with this? thanks in advance

Why are you unable to redeem this online seems like it has been a issue for mk the now everytime you click add it and tick the T’s and C’s it just refreshes back to the original page please help or get sorted

How to enable UPnP on EE Router

I'm struggling to enable UPnP on the EE fibre router, it says it's enabled but games, and other things show that UPnP support is disabled, and it's operating under strict NAT mode. Anyone experienced this, and know how to solve it? Doubt it's related...

Xbox game pass

Same issue as many others.  Go into EE confirm adding the (free offer) for gamepass, agree to terms and I just return to the page I was on…is it broken ?  Assume it doesn’t work for anyone given these posts ?thanks

I've recently took out the xbox series x in store but had no code for gamepass.I phoned ee and they said it should be on a card in the box then I've seen other posts saying I get a text. How do I actually get the code for the gamepass?
