Ee game card

Hi, I have ordered a meta quest 3s and recieved the device around a week ago. But I still havent recieved the £50 gamecard. I was advised to text EE GameCard to 150 but that only gives me a list of options available via the sms service. 
i have spok to the services team and they advised they cannot send a web form as the metaquest 3s is not shown in the list on the system. Any ideas how I can claim that

The Meta Quest 3S Black Friday deal does come with a £50 Game Card. The Game Card code will be sent to the email address that you have registered with us and can be redeemed here on the EE Gaming site.

You should have received the email by now. Could you please check your spam/junk folder?

I've checked my email and my spam/junk mail and I've not received anything.
