If you've cancelled your EE a/c associated with xBox gaming pass than you no longer have that pass & so can't renew it. You need to take out a fresh 1 with MS.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

We are trying but it will not let us manage the pass in anyway on the Xbox

We press manage on the Xbox and it just takes us directly to EE web page which sends us in circles and doesn’t offer any help, I’ve tried Googling removing the pass but still no luck it’s as if the pass is still active but it’s not working so my son has no access to all his games until we can figure out a way to get rid and get a new one, doesn’t even let us buy a new one either just says not available to you

Any joy at all Peter?

Thanks
