Xbox games pass not received

I added the Xbox series X as a tech upgrade to my account as part of the Black Friday offers where 24 months of game pass ultimate was to be included. I haven’t received the text message with my code and has been over a week now. I received the EE GameCard code but not the Xbox Gamespass ultimate code.

Tried on chrome and it’s saying nothing to activate 😭

If it is still the same on another browser, I recommend giving our tech guides another call to look at this further.

You definitely shouldn't be told to wait, but if it isn't letting you activate it, they should be checking how it is showing on your account.

Yeah il have to give them a call I think, I was told to wait as I would receive after the 14 day cooling off period. I did say how come I received the £150 gift card but he didn’t know! Thanks for your help

Just called, for some reason it wasn't added to my account. He added it to my account whilst still on phone. Sorted.
