I've just switched from BT where i had 900 MB with Xbox game pass..
I now have exactly the same with EE but when i go to activate my Xbox game pass it tells me my account is already linked and i need to log in to there and unpair it...
My BT account is now dead and everything has been moved over to EE so i'm a bit lost as to what to do.

If you speak with our Customer Care team, they'll be able to look at how it's linked and help you get set up.
