Xbox games pass not received

I added the Xbox series X as a tech upgrade to my account as part of the Black Friday offers where 24 months of game pass ultimate was to be included. I haven’t received the text message with my code and has been over a week now. I received the EE GameCard code but not the Xbox Gamespass ultimate code.

I have just done this as I was supposed to get it with the Quest 3 but received nothing, if I see I am charged for it I will call them and expect it to be refunded.

Thanks, Alana! Seems super odd that EE can’t just say this first time around, and is really poor that they can’t give the games pass with the Xbox! Waiting 2-3 weeks for the games pass is just bonkers, it was bad enough waiting a week for the £150 EE game store code on top. I’ll give the text a go and see how I fare!

Im having this issue too, I already spoke to someone who said to wait a little longer, I'm way past the 14 day cooling off period and still nothing. I've tried the game pass text to 150 but it states it will cost.

Did you order the Xbox on a 24 month Add to Plan where it is paid on your mobile bill each month, or was it purchased outright?

It was added to plan, the tech bundle, I received the Xbox within a day, the game card within a week, but just no game pass 😫

Can you try to head over to the verification page and enter the mobile number that the Xbox package was linked to? You would then need to validate it with the PIN that is sent to you, which should activate the Game Pass.

It is best to do it on mobile data, rather than WiFi.
