I get game pass ultimate with my package. I haven’t received a code and when I try to activate it it just keeps refreshing. Can anyone help?

Can you log out of the online account, clear your browser cookies and cache, then try again?

Tried that. Also tried via the EE app, safari, chrome and edge with the same result on each one.
Continue button briefly changes to loading and then just goes back to continue.
Could it be anything to do with having a previous offer of Gamepass from BT? When I go to my Gamepass subscription details on Xbox it says something along the lines of manage via BT/EE.

It should automatically swap over, but it would be worth cancelling anything that shows still being attached.
I recommend giving Customer Service who will raise a webform to remove the old subscription. Once complete you should be able to activate the new one.

Gave CS a call this morning. Guy took the details of my gamertag and my Xbox associated email to fill in a form and said the offline team would get back to me within 7 days.
Will see what happens.

Had a call after about 4 days, followed up with a GamePass one month code to redeem, which I was told would automatically extend each month for the two years of my contract.
Code redeemed with no issues, so far so good.
