Hi
my game pass shows as active in accounts and subscriptions
but is not allowing me to use game pass
ive followed the link to manage it, it shows as active in Microsoft and then directs me to EE account
gamepass is showing active on EE account
ive tried clearing cache and the unplugging trick as internet suggests
seems this is known issue
cant call through to EE for help just get sent to the text number
help appreciated

Hi.
So I'm not the original poster but I am also having this same issue. I've recently upgraded and had the game pass though EE on my previous one and then went for the same deal on my new phone deal but since that my game pass is doing the same as above. I can see under my subscriptions on Microsoft it has Ultimate Game pass managed by BT/EE, I can see it on my EE add-ons that it's on there but when trying to use game pass on my xbox you can't actually use anything in game pass.
