How do I access my game pass

As part of my full fibre broadband package we got a free Xbox ultimate game pass for 1 year. However I have not been sent an activation code so I am not sure how I can active my game pass. Please could you advise.

Welcome to the Community. 

To activate your Xbox games pass just log into your EE online account (via the website, not the app), Select the Broadband and click on "plans & Subscriptions" at the top. 

If you then choose the "gaming" section and click on Xbox Games Pass Ultimate. Followed by the subscription option it gives you.

I should have this for free and it is saying it will be £12 per month. Will this change if added to my basket.

If this is showing as chargeable, I'd recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can raise a webform for the Game Pass to be applied.
