I purchased an Xbox tonight and no I’m not an EE contract holder. £479 left my bank account and is currently “pending” however, when the purchase went through the page then reloaded and said the transaction had failed, yet money still be removed from my bank account.
My bank account can’t do anything currently as the payment is pending yet I’ve still got no confirmation emails or anything! Absolutely nothing from EE about the payment.
yes I bought it off the EE store website and not some fake / scamming site. My bank says the payment is pending and due to be returned to me by October 9th if EE hasn’t claimed the money yet.. phoned them numerous times and to be honest I just get passed around and put on hold for over 20 minutes a time. One lady even gave me an email address to email but EE don’t even have an email address..
again not bought off a fake / scamming site.
anybody got any help or advise here as it’s £479 out of my sons birthday money with nothing to show for it.
