Hi, I purchased an xbox that included 24 months of Xbox Game Pass ulitmate on the 6/7/2023 however I've not received any codes or texts containing a link to activate or add this to my xbox live account.

Still getting issues, moved to EE Giga Full Works from BT, supposed to get 12 months free Xbox Live. I have done multiple calls to 150 , twitter dms. 1) yes fault with website 2) code will be emailed to you 3) wait 2 weeks 4) fault with website - Rinse and repeat ... really really annoying transition from BT to EE.
Still getting this message every time - We've had a problem loading this info. Please try again in a while
then this - this service isn't working right now

Thank you, but I got hold of EE again Via X DM's , and a complaint has been raised and code ordered - given 5 days to wait for it; We shall see if we get anywhere this time. Thank you though. I appreciate the response.
