Hi,
I don't know if anybody else has had this issue. I'm a new customer to EE and in my broadband package it says i'm entitled to 12 months of game pass ultimate. But every time I go to activate it I get the same error message:
"We've had a problem loading this info. Please try again in a while"
I get this same message weather I try it on the app, chrome , edge any other browser on different device.
I just cant seem to activate it and redeem it. Anybody know how I can fix this?

I called to speak with them about my account the final time and said that if they didn't sort it I would cancel my broadband and cite this as the reason. I also made a complaint (which they closed) but then immediately after got the email with the code (from offline.bt.com)
