Been having problems with Xbox tech add-on. EE also added gamepass to my account at additional charge of £14 per month. This has now been resolved but Xbox says no longer have access. Do I have to contact EE to request it be activated again?? Had nothing but bother with this since October 2024.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If the chargeable add-on was removed, it may mean that you have nothing in place with an active Game Pass.
Can you try to go to ee.co.uk/xbox and enter the number that the Xbox is linked to and follow the steps to activate?
