Is there any update on whether delivery is on-track for Wednesday? I'm sure I'm not the only one who has received no updates at all since pre-ordering in April.

Guys mine has changed slightly! Now it says preparing for dispatch and now it says DPD DELIVERY EXPECTED 5 June ( didn’t have the dpd part)

 

 

@acidbluesboy , DPD will send you notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Mine still hasn’t, I’ll keep all my fingers crossed 🤞

I'm sure it will if mine has! fingers crossed for everyone to get it soon.

No idea why, but I’ve spoken to Ee chat and they’ve said my order is cancelled with no acknowledgement of it being cancelled and it still says prepare to dispatch on my app. This is **bleep**

Never mind they were looking at my watch number for orders for some reason. They’re useless and I swear it best come tomorrow

I'm the same, ordered April 10th, and don't have even a tracking number. I hope someone hears something soon!

And the part of the website that tracks the progress also hasn't been working this afternoon, so that's fun

Mine has said 'order placed' since 8/4/25, and states 'usually dispatched within 14 days'.

The launch date on the site when preordering stated 5/6/25 and made no mention that it was potentially for another, later batch.

I'm beginning to think a lot of us are getting shafted on launch day. Which is lovely considering EE required the full amount paid at time of preorder.

mine went from 5th delivery dpd to nothing now
