With any pre-order we fulfill these on a first come, first served basis, and it can depend on the level of stock allocated in comparison to demand.

Peter most companies will give an indication as to when you can expect to receive your order.
I ordered mine on April 8th and i have received no comms since the initial order confirmation. When will the items be dispatched?

@mcassidy3 We don't have access to accounts via these forums to give an indication on the status of your order, but if you get in contact with our team, they'll be able to to indicate the current status of your order.
With any order we give an estimate of the delivery timescale at the point of sale, but as I mentioned earlier this can vary depending on demand.

I got my Email from EE and a message from DPD comfirming release day delivery tomorrow for me. Hope everyone got the same, I ordered my Switch 2 May 21st.
