EE DELIVERY MISTAKE - not happy.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch, and delivery was attempted today, but EE provided DPD with my old contact number (ending 353 instead of 984). Therefore, I couldn't receive the code, and the driver took it back. I asked EE to update my number for redelivery tomorrow, but the agent changed the delivery to Monday without my consent. I made it clear that I just needed to get the DPD delivery PIN, which was only texted, not emailed or available on the DPD app. I won't be home Monday and had rearranged plans for tomorrow. I'm very unhappy and need this delivered tomorrow.

 

This has been extremely frustrating, especially as I have asked for my number to be changed numerous times, and it has not been.

 

I have canceled plans that I had tomorrow for the item to be delivered, which it now is not going to be because the agent changed the date. I also paid extra to have the item delivered today.

 

I'm just very frustrated with this whole situation.
