Switch 2 - launch date delivery

Is there any update on whether delivery is on-track for Wednesday? I'm sure I'm not the only one who has received no updates at all since pre-ordering in April.

Unfortunately the only way to find out would be to get in touch if tracking details are not available or provided on your order details. The advice the team give will then be specific to your order. 

We have no information ourselves on this as this is a community of other users and customers, with an EE Community Support Team with a small number of staff for moderation.

If you bought outright from the EE Store (store.ee.co.uk), the contact details to query your order are here: https://store.ee.co.uk/help/policies/contact-us 

The EE Store site does not provide a telephone contact method, only email.

If you bought this on your EE Mobile Pay Monthly Account, the advice would then be to contact 150.

@Schockwave I believe this post was more about asking people that have pre ordered to see if they had got any updates since then, not about contacting customer service.

Thank you for your charming response, I was hoping for a more general update on the status of orders as opposed to an update on my order specifically.

I’m the same. Keep checked my order on the app to see if it’s been cancelled like alot of people’s have. Still says 5th so so far so good. I’ll be checking my DPD app all day tomorrow

Launch day is Thursday, not Wednesday. Still no update from EE (I also pre-ordered during April).

Where have you read about people having their orders cancelled? 


You’ll get no information on here that’s any good. Just snarky comments off the moderators.  Nor will you if you call EE, they’ll just say wait for an alert off DPD. It’s been the same for at the last 15 years or so.
