Ps5 portal

I’ve got a ps portal and when I try use my EE hotspot the data never works. It says can’t find connection. I just don’t understand why EE would sell ps portals for they’re phone data to not work as a hotspot

Now do you see what I was talking about it’s true what your saying they bring out all this new technology but forget the basic things and then they wanna call them selves well experienced

Basically the issue is you need to force your mobile data connection to use IPV4 only. 
I was getting a network too slow error on my PS remote play app when using mobile data. It would go through to linking my PS5 and then checking network connection before giving me that error. Network too slow. 

After installing the APN profile from the link above. I am now connecting straight through to the PS5. No network errors of any sort. As soon as you install profile, it will work straight away!

Sorry, to confirm is this just a fix for connecting to a EE hotspot? I’ve installed the profile which means I can connect the portal to my hotspot but then it still won’t connect to my PS5. Only connects when connected to my home WiFi
