Ps5 portal

I’ve got a ps portal and when I try use my EE hotspot the data never works. It says can’t find connection. I just don’t understand why EE would sell ps portals for they’re phone data to not work as a hotspot

Yes I agree at least someone knows what am talking about because ee don’t listen 👂 when we try to tell them the amount of times I’ve said regardless of times I give up cba to keep talking when nothing gets done 👍

Don’t need to run a VPN, just install from the link I sent before. 

just follow the instructions and restart

Still getting the same error code (0x83200111).

Really frustrating as it will hotspot to my daughters O2 hotspot but not EE.
