Thanks for coming to the community.
The passes should be added using the mobile number that the TV was purchased against.
You can do this by heading over to ee.co.uk/xbox and following the steps on the screen.
If you see an error, please try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser and try to turn WiFi off.
If it is still the same, give our guides a call and they will help you to get it activated.
