Why wont my PlayStation 4 connect to the Internet with a 4gee WiFi dongle?  But if I use my phones as a hotspot it's fine.

I have done that, hotspot through iPhone worked 

the dongle however, still no connection

Can you connect to other devices when the SIM card in in the WiFi device?

I am having this same issue

Works fine on phone but I cannot connect my PS4, PC or TV

tried changing settings on pc with cmd prompts and still won't provide Internet (despite saying connected)

How did you fix?

I have put sum in my phone and it works fine as a hotspot
