I received my PS5 console more than 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my enhanced trade in code for my old PS4. When will I receive this?

Welcome to the community.

I hope you are enjoying your new PS5.

The enhanced trade in code should be received within 14 days of the console arriving, sent via email. If it hasn't come through after that time I would recommend giving us a call so it can be chased for you.

If you added the console to your mobile bill, please give our customer service guides a call.

If you bought it outright or on EE finance, contact our electronics team on 0800 079 0062 so they can help get it sorted.
