Hello
I purchased a meta quest 3 with 24 month Xbox game pass ultimate about a month ago.
I have never received any codes or details on how to actually get the game pass ultimate ?
I tried calling EE but was passed about and told case had been escalated and someone would get back to me soon which they never did ?
Can someone explain what's going on please ?
At this point even after the 14 days return period has passed I'm considering returning everything and just cancelling my EE accounts as they have failed to deliver what I'm paying for

Welcome to the EE Community
I am sorry you have had an issue accessing the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate part of your bundle. Have you visited ee.co.uk/xbox and entered the number the Meta Quest 3 is added to, it should then send you a PIN to confirm and then take you to activate the Game Pass Ultimate.
Does that work or what is happening when you try?

I'm in tbe same boat and really want to cancel everything. Have you had any luck ?
