For anyone having trouble with this on PS5 you will need a router that gives you the ability to setup NAT forwarding. I use the EE sim in the TP link DECO. I play Destiny 2 (extremely sensitive to NAT) this way, the bungie website gives you the ports and IP's that need opening / forwarding and there are instructions on YouTube to be able to do this on the DECO. Good luck, Three works fine as they dont have strict NAT on their network.

This is not correct.
I play on 4g router as I get 2mb landline, upto 100mg 4G with 30ms latency, its more than enough for most online gaming. On EE you need to setup NAT forwarding, you may not be able to do this on the free router, I dont know.
