Hi, I placed an order for a £50 Meta gift card through games.ee.co.uk on the 5th December using a gamecard I received with a hardware purchase. I have received a receipt email but no actual gift card, I have tried contacting the email address on the email receipt but have had no contact. Is there anyone who can help?

If you haven't already, have you tried reaching out to our Game Store steam via their dedicated webform here?
Provided you have an order reference number they should be able to assist you with this.

Hi, I emailed the support email (support@waivpay.com) on the 5th December and then filled out the support form on the 9th December.

I would suggest though, if you've heard nothing back by Monday to send another webform through.
