Had the Xbox for 3weeks now still not received the text for the ultimate game pass and every time I ring they just it a 1 month add on

@Foz761 Thanks for clarifying. The error can usually be resolved by activating via a different browser or device.

First make sure you have no VPN connected on your phone, and test the activation using both mobile data and WiFi. 

Try activating on a different browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge. If it is still failing please try completing activation on a different device, another phone or a PC/laptop if you have one for example.

Welcome to the EE Community

Have you visited ee.co.uk/xbox and entered the mobile number you have added the Xbox to, once you have confirmed the PIN does the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate show available there to activate? 

When you are redeeming the offer with your Microsoft account it does show 1 month, but it rolls over each month for the duration of the Xbox bundle you have.

Hi I spoke with someone yesterday and there is now a 24 month bundle but it
is not letting me activate it now

Yes no matter what I do it wont do anything

@Foz761 What exactly is happening during the activation process? Are you visiting ee.co.uk/xbox? What is going wrong and at what point during the activation?

Yes it just won’t activate

When I press on activation it just says there is a problem and to retry
