Hi,
I'm attempting to purchase a PS5 Pro bundle, however when checking out online, I'm getting a message stating payment service not available, and then the basket effectively empties itself - can anybody assist?

When exactly is it you are getting the error during the checkout? Is it an add to plan you are trying to add, to pay the PS5 Pro off monthly on your mobile bill?
Have you tried completing the checkout on another browser to see if the error still occurs?

Yes, its a 24 month plan im trying to add, and ive had the same issue in chrome and edge. Ive attached a screenshot if that gelps.

@Liam2112 Thank you for clarifying the issue, I have just double checked and everything loads ok on the checkout from what I can see. It should be a box to enter you card details that loads, it worked using edge on my end.
Do you have any kind of VPN in use, have you tried both on data and Wi-Fi and if possible on another device to see if it loads ok?

Ive tried on mobile phone and on desktop pc
Have tried on wifi as well as mobile data
Thats exactly the problem, the portal to enter card details just isnt loading for me no matter which configuration of devices and connections i use

i am having the same issue with adding the Ray Bans Meta to my monthly bill, i have tried web browser on my phone and laptop, through the App, at home and at work on data. and the payment method for monthly doesn't allow me to continue, but i can if i want to do it as 1 payment

Yes,one off payment purchases will work, but not the monthly plans

Ive contacted this number, and there appears to be no way to speak to anybody to make this purchase? If i press 1 to speak to somebody, i instead get sent a link to the same options ive already tried, and if i press 2, i get a list of options that aren't applicable to me?

Just following the options for billing or technical support on the second option should get you through to someone who can help, or transfer your call.
