Unable to add PS5 monthly to account

Hi,

I'm attempting to purchase a PS5 Pro bundle, however when checking out online, I'm getting a message stating payment service not available, and then the basket effectively empties itself - can anybody assist?

I called 150 and just went onto phone bills etc. Got a call back and now sorted. Seemed no issue. But a lot of hassle to get it sorted
