Hi

i recently got the Xbox series x bundle that included a 24 month ultimate game pass but I have not received this nor have a received any email correspondence in regards the game pass. Has anyone any ideas how to obtain this as the Xbox is pretty much useless without this. Thanks in advance for any help or direction on this matter.

Welcome to the community.

Can you try to head over to the Game Pass redemption page and follow the steps by entering the number the Xbox is linked to? You should then get a PIN to validate the request and be able to get the Game Pass.

It is recommended to connect through mobile data rather than WiFi.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve tried that several times and the page always loads to say there is technical issues so no joy doing that.

Through safari on iPhone. I cleared everything and it seems to have activated now. It did say I will be billed £12 monthly but I assume ee cover this as it was part of the bundle?

It should be adding a free add-on rather than £12 per month if you have it included in the Xbox bundle. @Ricky851 

If you check your add-ons in the EE app or on the EE website, does it show the Game Pass there, and if it does, it is free or chargeable?
