Missing EE GameCard voucher (?)

Hello,

I ordered a PS5 bundle last September (£20 upfront, £31 per month) and believe I remember the offer contained an EE GameCard, which I’ve never received.

How can I chase this up please? Phoning 150 got me nowhere.
