I received a text this morning with a Gamecard voucher number and PIN code.
It says that the PIN code is wrong... i could try 9999 different combinations until i get it right, but is there an easier way? I have emailed the 3rd party company, but no reply so far?

Exact same issue here! £50 EE GameCard received via text today but the Pin is incorrect. Can we please get a resolution asap?

I’ve also had the exact same issue, called 150 who couldn’t help. Must be some sort of issue when generating the cards as I’ve done the gamecard process before and it all worked. I can also check the gamecard and see the funds available so it’s deffo an issue with the pin.

Seems rather odd that there’s multiple people suffering with the same problem 🤦 I’ve emailed them off yesterday so will await their reply but it’s not ideal, first DPD didn’t deliver to the correct address and now this.

I have the same issue. I ordered the Meta quest 3S 2 weeks ago now and was supposed to come with £100 EE GamerCard after 3-4 days I got the text with the code tried the EE game store added what I wanted to buy typed in the pin and it said incorrect pin, I've messaged bhneegaming like 4 times no reply and spoken to 6 EE customer service agents the last one today said I would need to wait another week then contact them again. This is getting beyond ridiculous. How hard is it to issue gift cards it's a 5 second job.

Same issue with me, ordered the switch 2, gamecard text and incorrect pin. I've also emailed bhneegaming@waivpay.com as per the instruction in your previous post but still waiting for a response. Have you had one yet.
EE, the lack of support on this when multiple users are having the same issue is shameful.

I got a reply from them this morning -
“Thank you for your enquiry.
We are currently investigating this incorrect PIN issue and will be in contact once it has been resolved.”
So at least they’re aware of the issue. Hopefully they sort it quickly!
