Hi,
We had a £50 gift card which we used for meta but realised after that we had put a capital letter in the email address when there isn’t one so we have essentially put the wrong email address in so have not received the email confirmation, is there a way to resolve this? We have the gift card numbers but not the meta one.

You are OK! Email addys are case independent. Capitals or small letters make no diff.

Thank you although I’ve just asked my partner and he said it wasn’t actually a capital letter issue he entered a hyphen into the last name when there wasn’t one so it’s been sent to a different email entirely. Thank you for replying 🙂

Ah, an inserted hyphen will result in a wrong email addy.
