Hi , changed package when contract was up fior renewal on 19th jan , ps5 jumping like hell , wasn’t doing it on previous contract , lady on phone said this new contract was fine for gaming 59-65 mps not sure what old contract was , do I need a n upgrade or Wi-Fi booster help ? Any info would be gladly appreciated

Hi phoned , man said it could be other devices affecting speeds etc , switched them off , still lagged online making game play almost unplayable, guy said I had same speeds in previous contract but I never had any problems with that only when changed . Looking a solution , thanks in advance

Got a new contract , same Wi-Fi speeds as b4 , gaming online lagging / stuttering ,have talked to Ee did what guy said to do ,not worked . Never had this problem with previous contract , really annoying
