Como cancelar assinatura game pass BT //EE

Não consigo cancelar a assinatura oq posso fazer para cancelar entrei em contato com suporte e falaram que era só com a bt ou ee pra cancelar

Did you buy this subs. from some 3rd-party? It is probably owned by some EE/BT user who pays the subs & only who may change it. 

You need to go back to the seller & say you've been sold a pup.
