I have noticed that a PlayStation 5 has been taken out on contract on my EE account and I have no idea who has done this or how, and I’m having to pay 35 pounds every month for it on top of my own contract….. can you please help as I cannot afford to pay that , and I have no idea who has done it! Can u please cancel the PlayStation and find out who has done this ! I am not happy at all, I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but now I don’t trust my EE account and I am thinking of changing to another phone account …. Can anyone assist me asap! It is fraud whoever has done this !!!!
