I made and order and bought ps5 but ee cannot find it on their system??

Purchase and ps5 bundle on ee site  got and email confirmed  order number but when i rang up  to discuss order ee dont know anything about the order and cannot find it  even though the took my money ???

Is the payment showing as pending with your bank?
