How do I receive my game pass?

Hello EE Community!

I recently ordered a Nintendo Switch package, which came with 24 months of Nintendo Online, and a £50 EE Game Pass.

The vouchers for Nintendo Online came with the console but I don't know how I'll receive the Game Pass. 

I don't know if it's relevant but I didn't get any emails from EE about the status of my order, just updates from DPD about delivery, so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it.

I'm really keen to order Animal Crossing, but I can't until I have the pass.

Apologies if I'm missing something obvious!

If this is a bundle added to your mobile bill, I believe the advice is to text GameCard to 150 if you haven't received this automatically after 2 working days.

If this doesn't work then it is worth getting in touch with EE Customer Services on 150 so they can escalate it.

If you purchased this outright on store.ee.co.uk however, then you would need to follow the "Contact Us" information here and chase this up via email https://store.ee.co.uk/help/policies/contact-us
