So less than 1 week of ordering a ps5 through add to bill and finding theres a clicking noise coming from the unit i have to now go theough Sony for repair. I dont understand as ill be billed for the first month and not being able to use it? I have to say its seems a little shambolic

I'm sorry to hear that you have a problem with your new PS5.
If you're still within the first 30 days of the agreement, our customer support team should be able to transfer you through to our supply chain team to discuss an exchange.
