I ordered PlayStation 5 on 30/12/25. The email I received after placing my order said it would usually be dispatched within 14 days.  All along the tracking has been showing  ORDER PLACED. On 10/01/26 it changed to PREPARING FOR DISPATCH ( I got excited). 13/01/26 it’s now showing 

DPD -

Sorry, your order is delayed. We’ll email you once it’s dispatched. 
Has anyone had the same issue. What happens now?

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your order.

If it is showing it is with DPD, that would usually mean it has left our warehouse and DPD will keep you updated on delivery. 

If you would like to check the status of the order further, please give our customer service guides a call, and they can have a look at the order on your account and see if they can provide a further update.

Called customer service yesterday and I was told my console had been allocated and now I should just wait for DPD to get in touch. No time frame given, just be patient I was told. Not good enough considering the order was placed and paid for on 30/12/2025
