Ordered a PS5 Slim Digital on 30th December - still not been dispatched and still saying another 7 days is "usual" for dispatch.

Does anyone have any more accurate delivery timings expected than what is currently being provided? 🙂

Hi Chris - I tried to call and they weren't able to provide any more information than what my "track my order" tell me.

I am in the same exact situation. Also ordered on 30/12/25. I track the order everyday and the days are counting down. I hope we don’t get to day 14 only to be told it is out of stock.

Have you received this yet. Mine has gone down to the final day of countdown and now just says:

"DPD -Sorry, your order is delayed. We’ll email you once it’s dispatched"

It has been in stock on EE website for the last 4/5 days though so getting ridiculous now.
