Ordered my Xbox’s and didn’t receive the £70 EE game card what can I do to get it literally can’t speak to anyone it’s all this Bot chat or texts game card to 150 that doesn’t work at all

What happens when you text EE GameCard to 150?
If you call 150 from your EE phone and press option 2 as the very first option, it will take you through our menu to select the appropriate customer service team.
When you speak to a guide they'll be able to raise a request for your gamecard if sending the text doesn't work.

We'll send you a text after you buy an EE GameCard, asking you to reply. When we get your reply, we’ll send an EE GameCard long code and a unique 4-digit PIN. You’ll need to use both to redeem the card at the EE Game Store.
We try to send codes as soon as possible, but if you haven't got your EE GameCard code after 2 working days, text EE GameCard to 150.

How long have you owned the console. You might need to speak to EE CS on 150 during office hours.

It got delivered on the 21st of October and everytime I try contact someone it’s always a robot

It dosnt just ask if i want to become a EE home member i just want to speak to an actual person
