I purchased broadband & specifically went with the package that would include the 12 months xbox game pass as this worked out financially beneficial to take this offer. However, i'm still unable to activate the 12 month game pass meaning that im now going to need to renew the game pass myself & pay for it again even though EE should now be providing me with it.
I spoke to EE & they said to allow them until 14/02 & yet from what I can see we're still no closer to a fix after continually trying day in day out to activate the add on.
Seems like this has been an ongoing issues for years with EE. I switched from Sky broadband as had issues with there broadband service & now im wondering if I was better of staying where I was. Very disappointing especially as this has been a long term issue which you would have thought hey could have resolved by now!

@Paddy-B still nothing back on this! Spent an hour on the phone to someone a week ago who told me that I’d get a code sent through via email within 5 days max!
This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. What is going on????

Im going through this right now. It is just embarrassing that the option on their site is not working at all. Why even place it there if it wont work? We are paying for your service and we cant get treated well at least? Are we asking for too much? Remove the option from your plans if you cannot fulfill the request and stop trying to deceive customers. This should be illegal from you EE, joke of a company.

@Gigi223 glad I’m not going through this stress alone. I’m sure there are hundreds of us though in a similar situation. It’s honestly appalling!

I'm in exactly the same situation. Why don't they just send out a 6M/12M code via your registered email.
It's not THAT hard is it?
The APP sends me to a store to buy consoles and games and the website gives me an error code when I try to ADD. It states that I have 12M for £0 the £10 a month after that. Just get that same error code regardless of browser or device.
It's deeply frustrating as my Gamepass is just about to run out, hence the switch from BT to EE.

Did you ever find a way to get this sorted? I am going through the same thing now, but for a supposed 24 month ‘free’ ultimate game pass. I’m going round and round in circles for the last 3 months!
