Price different in email to tracking

I bought a game it said £24.99 an it the email it says the same but when i log in a check status of order it says £49.99 what do i do?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Is there no way of contacting them online I have autism an a lot of anxiety issues phone calls aren't an option for me?
