Bought a £25 Xbox gift card on EE gaming site, no code has come through

Having a few issues it seems with this EE thing.

 

i bought a £25 gift card over 3 hours ago, no code has been received however I have a confirmation email. 

normally it comes through within a minute. 

anyone help me with how I get it cause FIFA 26 is gonna be back to full price before I get this

Yeah, nothings there! 

I’ve bought 3 things off it before and it gives me a code within a minute from the confirmation email but I’ve only had the confirmation email nothing else
