HI - I have a new contract and have added the ultimate pass for xbox. All went well up to a point.
I Got a page on ee saying Activate then enjoy - xbox game pass ultimate.
I press activate and it says go to partners website.
I press that and takes me to account.microsfot and I am logged in but it wants an activation code - or gift card, but I dont have one?
Help what do I do.

Yep all is showing - its the last bit linking to microsoft. I spoke to someone at ee and they said I have to contact Microsoft. MIcrosoft were no good. I think they are based in USA so didnt have a clue what I was on about. This has got to be ee end or if not, they need to sort it not have me speaking to someone in the US.

I have done exactly as detailed above and it keeps asking for an activation code.

I tired doing that and they pointed me to Microsoft which is a little pointless.

Did you get this sorted? I have the same issue, sent to the Microsoft page but haven’t got a code and when I phoned they thought it would be in the box with the Xbox.

Yes I did. No thanks to ee or microsoft. ee told us to call microsoft who were worse than useless. I had one last go and when we got to the enter code bit on the microsoft site I simply clicked next (I think). It thought about it for a minute and then came up saying it had all been activated. I didn't put a code in - simply left it blank. I went onto my sons xbox a couple of hours later and there it was showing.
Come on ee - at least know how your systems work - it shouldn't be up to the customer to be on the phone all the time trying to sort it out with you and a third party. I would like to stress I sorted this myself (by chance admittedly) - no thanks to ee or microsoft. A shame as ee have always been really good in the past.

Thank you I’ll give that a try. Unfortunately EE seem to be completely down right now and have been for a while, website won’t work and can’t phone them either.

Thank you so much! Website finally started working and I did as you said and just clicked next and it confirmed the subscription and it’s all sorted now!
